Strawberry Field finalists at Liverpool Innovation and Impact Awards

We are delighted that Strawberry Field has been selected as a finalist in the Education Innovator category at the 2026 Liverpool Innovation and Impact Awards!

The Education Innovator category recognises training providers who are reshaping how people learn, develop and step into opportunity across the Liverpool City Region.

We are thrilled that Strawberry Field has been shortlisted thanks to our Steps to Work programme and the work we do to support young adults facing barriers to employment into paid work.

Based in the heart of the Liverpool City Region, Strawberry Field's Steps to Work programmes are defining employability education by creating a sustainable talent pipeline for local businesses while transforming the lives of young adults, some of those NEET and furthest from the job market.

At a time when employers across the region face persistent recruitment challenges, skills shortages and increasing demand for inclusive workplaces, Steps to Work provides an innovative solution that delivers measurable benefits for both businesses and communities.
