Strawberry Field Commercial Manager shortlisted for Liverpool Chamber award
Congratulations to Strawberry Field's Commercial Manager Sue Harvey who has been shortlisted for Liverpool Chamber's Cornerstone Award. The award celebrates the individuals whose leadership, dedication and commitment make a lasting difference to their organisations, colleagues and communities across the Liverpool City Region.
Sue Harvey is the person who quietly keeps Strawberry Field moving forward. As Commercial Manager, she provides the consistency, organisation and dependable leadership that underpin the attraction's success, often working behind the scenes to ensure both people and projects thrive. She is the trusted colleague whose dedication, professionalism and follow-through make success possible for others.
Since opening in 2019, Sue has led all commercial activity across the visitor exhibition, Imagine More café and retail operation. Through strong relationships with travel trade partners, cruise operators and group organisers, she has helped build an international visitor audience and strengthen Strawberry Field's reputation as a globally recognised attraction.
Her leadership and commitment to high standards have contributed to Strawberry Field winning Liverpool City Region Small Visitor Attraction of the Year for three consecutive years, securing VisitEngland Quality Assurance accreditation and a 'Gold' Green Tourism Award. She has integrated trainees from the Steps to Work programme into café, retail and visitor experience operations, creating meaningful opportunities for young people with learning differences and neurodivergent young adults.
Sue says, "I am so proud to be on the Cornerstone 30 list with so many amazing people"
The winner will be announced at the Liverpool Innovation & Impact Awards on the 22nd October 2026. Congratulations to everyone who made the Cornerstone 30 list, and congratulations to our friend and colleague Sue. We’re very proud of you!
