Cohort 27 celebrate the end of their Work Readiness Course

Congratulations to the Blackbirds - the 27th cohort of young people to complete our Work Readiness Course on the Steps to Work programme.

These young people have spent the last 8 weeks preparing for the world of work, and yesterday they celebrated becoming 'work ready' with their peers, friends and family.

They stood up in front of a room of people, many strangers, and reflected on their time on the programme - a task that required a lot of courage! Special mention to Sam who got up and played a few songs on guitar for us as well!
