Meet Hema

Hema Fryar, Employment Development Coordinator 

As an Employment Development Co-ordinator, Hema supports trainees on in the Steps to Work programme, guiding them on their journey toward achieving sustainable, paid employment.

Before Strawberry Field, Hema worked as a Training Officer for a charity supporting autistic adults. She brings over 15 years of experience working with neurodivergent children and adults, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to inclusive development and support.

Outside of work, Hema is a devoted parent to three young children and enjoys spending quality time on fun-filled family outings.
