Tuesday 25 August - Childhood Memories Private Tour

A private tour of the South Liverpool postcodes made famous by The Beatles, guided by Green Badge guide Charlotte Martin. The tour takes in George Harrison's childhood home on Upton Green, Stuart Sutcliffe's childhood home on Aigburth Drive, and Calderstones School (formerly Quarry Bank High), with photo stops outside John Lennon's childhood home, Mendips, and Paul McCartney's on Forthlin Road and Dungeon Lane. Tickets available at strawb.co/childhood-memories

Friday 28 August, 1.30p.m. - In Conversation with Adolfo Iglesias

Strawberry Field welcomes Adolfo Iglesias and musician JohnJuárez for a talk in the Bradbury Suite on John Lennon's time in Almería and the writing of 'Strawberry Fields Forever'. Iglesias has spent more than 30 years researching the six weeks Lennon spent in his hometown filming How I Won the War, speaking to dozens of people who met him there. Iglesias will reveal new detail on Lennon's trip, including the villa where he wrote and recorded his first demos of the famous song. Friday 28 August, 2.30p.m. - The Fab Twins

Beatles acoustic harmony tribute duo The Fab Twins return to Strawberry Field for a live performance in the Imagine More Cafe. Entry is free; donations are gratefully received.

Sunday 30 August, midday – The TR5's and Beatleweek Convention

The TR5's, a rock 'n' roll and skiffle band inspire by the music that influenced The Beatles, perform in the Strawberry Field gardens ahead of their appearance at The Cavern. Strawberry Field will also have a stall at the International Beatleweek Convention at the Adelphi Hotel, selling limited edition and exclusive merchandise.

Monday 31 August, 10am-2pm - Book signing and meet-and-greet with Julia Baird

Julia Baird, John Lennon's sister and Honorary President of Strawberry Field, meets fans and signs copies of her book, Imagine This. She is joined by Beatles artist Shannon, named 'The World's Greatest Beatles Artist' by the Lord Mayor of Liverpool in 1997.

Monday 31 August, midday – Little Disco

LIPA duo Little Disco perform live on the bandstand, reimagining Abbey Road with an electronic sound. Free entry. 

Monday 31 August, 1.15 - Mike Byrne and the Sunrockers

Mike Byrne and the Sunrockers return to Strawberry Field with a set of 1950's rock 'n' roll and jive, including songs by Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, and Chuck Berry. Free entry.

Every day 10am-5pm – Visitor Exhibition and Garden Tour

Visitors can step beyond the famous gates to explore the Strawberry Field visitor exhibition, which tells the story of the children's home run by The Salvation Army that inspired John Lennon throughout his childhood, and the gardens where he sought solace as a child. International Beatleweek ticket holders receive 10% off at the Strawberry Field ticket desk. The award-winning Imagine More cafe serves refreshments throughout the day, and visitors can browse a range of exclusive Strawberry Field and licensed Beatles merchandise.

All proceeds from ticket sales, purchases and donations help fund Steps at Strawberry Field, supporting young adults facing barriers to employment to access paid work and brighter futures.
