Congratulations to our partners at Hill Dickinson for taking home the Excellence in Recruitment award, recognised for their commitment to inclusive hiring through our ongoing collaboration.

It was a proud moment to see one of our own, Steps to Work graduate Sarah Watts, centre stage with the Hill Dickinson team at the London ceremony.  Her journey from candidate to valued team member is a powerful reminder of the impact inclusive hiring can have, not just for individuals, but for the businesses that invest in potential.
