Rebecca has spent 23 years working in Special Educational Needs, including 5 years as a job coach. She enjoys making a difference to others' lives by helping people build skills and confidence, particularly in relation to the workplace. Strawberry Field is, for her, a very special place to work – its calm and peaceful atmosphere creates a truly positive space for both staff and trainees. What Rebecca enjoys most is seeing trainees grow, succeed, and feel proud of their achievements.
